Most legal services are charged using the fixed fee model. These legal service areas include residential conveyancing, commercial purchases/sales, leasing matters and wills.
For more complex area of law like estate planning and dispute resolution, we charge in accordance with a costs agreement which is provided to you at the commencement of the matter. Usually this must be signed and returned before any work is completed.
